About Me

I am a Type II diabetic living in Singapore. This is a blog about how living a low carb lifestyle has converted my diabetes from a chronic disease into a minor inconvenience (if that). While i was figuring out my exercise plans, I also discovered the sheer joy of barefoot running. As a result of my low carb diet and the running i do, I have never felt fitter in my life. If by reading these posts, one single diabetic person manages to take control of their life, this blog would have served its purpose !
